Drugs and Alcohol

We comply with the US coast guard “ZERO TOLERANCE LAW” reguarding drugs.
No more than one six pack may be brought for each passanger.
HARD LIQUOR IS NOT ALLOWED

What to bring

-Soft non marking sneakers or shoes-Warm outer wear-Hat
-sunglasses
-Foul weather gear
-Sun Block
-Motion sickness pills or wristbands (if you are prone to sea sickness)
-Lunch and / or snacks
-Camera

Please, No handheld GPS units allowed on boat !

What not to bring

-Bananas! (This is an old Fisherman's Superstition ;) )

-No Illegal Drugs or Hard Alcohol

Departure time

Please arrive to our docks 30 minutes prior to departure time. Charter times are scheduled on a dock to dock basis.

-All departure times are subject to change to ensure the safety of our passengers in the event f inclement weather or mechanical problems

Safety

The safety and enjoyment of our passengers and crew is extremely important to us.
It will be the sole decision or the captain in assessing equipment,water and weather conditions as to actual departure.

If a cancellation must be made under the above circumstances,It will be the clients choice of a refund or a rescheduling.
